Zircon Brick
Description:
Zircon Brick is manufactured with stable zircon sand as raw material which with various properties of good slag resistance, good thermal shock resistance, high-temperature endurance, strong erosion resistance and high crushing strength.
It is widely used in regenerator chamber; bottom part and side wall in glass furnace, Ladle, pure steel furnace, non-ferrous metal smelting furnace, cement/lime kiln and electronic industries

Zircon Bricks Application:
1. Glass melting furnace.
2. Areas of the glass tank, such as paving part and second layer of paving bottom, back lining wall and bottom of forehearth, flowing spout and spinning portion and melter.
3. Ladle lining in the metallurgical industry.
4. Areas of the crown, burner, thermal couple, peephole, and the second layer of melter bottom and back lining.
5. The upper area of flame space or frequent thermal shock position.
6. The lining of alkali-free or low-alkali glass, sodium-calcium glass, boron-silicate glass, ceramic glass, lead glass, and other technical glass melting furnace.
